Servicing Anaerobic Digestion Plants Across the UK
Many anaerobic digestion plants rely on original equipment manufacturers located across Europe. When a critical part fails, waiting for replacement components can take weeks or even months.
We provide a faster alternative.
For example, a replacement digester screw from an OEM can take 12 to 14 weeks to manufacture and deliver. Our team can typically manufacture the same component in one to two weeks, helping plants return to normal operation far sooner.
Speed matters when your plant runs 24 hours a day. Our focus is simple. Deliver high quality parts and repairs as quickly as possible.
Frequently asked questions
What types of machinery do you manufacture for anaerobic digestion plants?
We manufacture a range of specialist components used within anaerobic digestion facilities, including digester screws, augers, conveyors, and other fabricated machinery parts. Our team can produce replacement components for existing equipment or manufacture new parts based on your plant’s requirements.
Can you repair existing anaerobic digestion machinery?
Yes. We regularly repair and refurbish worn or damaged components used in AD plants. In many cases repairing an existing part is faster and more cost effective than waiting for a new component from the original manufacturer.
Do you only work with UK anaerobic digestion plants?
While many of our clients are based in the UK, we can manufacture and repair components for AD plants across the wider industry. Our goal is to support operators who need fast and reliable engineering support.
